By downloading, installing, or using FrameSeek ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Upon purchasing a license, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FrameSeek for personal or professional purposes. Each license key may be activated on up to 2 (two) devices owned by you.
FrameSeek offers a free trial that allows you to index a limited number of videos without a license key. No payment is required for the trial. A license key is required to index unlimited videos.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. By purchasing a license, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your license includes one year of free updates from the date of purchase. After one year, you may continue using the version you have, but receiving further updates will require a new license or upgrade.
FrameSeek is currently in beta. The App is provided on an "as is" basis. Features, pricing, and availability may change. Beta licenses include the full version at launch plus one year of updates.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact support@frameseek.app within 14 days of purchase.
FrameSeek and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of FrameSeek. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App.
FrameSeek processes video files locally on your device. We do not access, collect, upload, or store any of your video files, search queries, or indexed data. You retain full ownership of your content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameSeek and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
